A team lead by Valters Kronbergs, Partner of Kronbergs Čukste LEVIN, has advised DHL Latvia on its corporate reorganization. The company has established a new entity, SIA DHL Logistics Latvia whose main activities are freight transport by road, storage and warehousing and other transport support activities. DHL globally has 360,000 employees in over 220 countries and territories worldwide.
