Kronbergs Čukste Levin is pleased to announce that sworn-in advocate Undīne Zīberga has joined our team.

Undīne specialises in commercial law, dispute resolution, M&A, contract law and administrative law.

She has represented clients in the acquisition and sale of shares, the drafting of shareholders agreements, the establishment, reorganisation and restructuring of companies and the management of these processes, including in relation to multi-million Euro companies.
