Partner Vineta Čukste-Jurjeva and Associate Santa Prauliņa provided legal support to shareholders of AS Smiltenes piens in sale of 96% of company’s shares to a private investor with mezzanine fund financing. AS Smiltenes piens is one of the main dairy industry players successfully operating in the Latvian domestic market and a number of export markets. The company has shown stable revenue and margin growth for the last decades.
