Kronbergs Čukste Levin provided legal support to Latvian technology company SIA "InPass" in concluding a consortium agreement within the framework of the Eurostars project funded by the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs

Latvian technology company SIA "InPass" in cooperation with electricity network operator AS "Sadales tīkls", Norwegian drone and aerial data technology company Aersea, and research center Norce, is developing a smart inspection system based on the latest technologies for surveying wooden power line poles.

This solution will automate the process of inspecting wooden poles, reducing the long-term costs of maintaining the power grid. The total budget of the project is EUR 1.96 million, and it is being implemented within the framework of the European Partnership "Innovative SMEs" activity "Eurostars" with co-financing from the Latvian Council of Science and the Norwegian Council of Science.

Kronbergs Čukste Levin specialists – partner Vineta Čukste-Jurjeva and lawyer Olga Čaplinska provided legal support to SIA "InPass" in preparing the consortium agreement with the project partners, which was an essential prerequisite for receiving funding from the "Eurostars" activity of the "Innovative SMEs" initiative.
