Kronbergs Čukste Levin will provide legal support to SIA “Forma 2” in the Rail Baltica Central Railway Station, railway embankment and railway bridge construction project

The implementer of the Rail Baltica project in Latvia, the company Eiropas Dzelzceļa līnijas, has concluded an agreement with SIA Forma 2 for the provision of FIDIC engineering, construction supervision and construction expertise services for the project "Rail Baltica Riga railway bridge, embankment and Riga Central Passenger Station construction".

The contract was signed to ensure the continuity of construction supervision and to continue the project in accordance with the planned schedule – to commission the southern part of the Rail Baltica Riga Central Station by the end of 2026.

Kronbergs Čukste Levin specialists – partner Vineta Čukste-Jurjeva and senior lawyer Normunds Orols – will provide legal support to SIA “Forma 2” in relation to the provision of FIDIC engineering and construction supervision services.

Over the past four years, Kronbergs Čukste Levin has been cooperating with SIA Forma 2, providing legal support in the provision of FIDIC engineer services in the construction project of the new railway building and related infrastructure at Riga Airport for Rail Baltica.
