Partner Vineta Čukste-Jurjeva included in the list of candidates for the post of liquidator of a credit institution approved by the Council of the Latvian Bar

The Council of the Latvian Bar has included our partner, Vineta Čukste-Jurjeva, in the list of potential liquidators of a credit institution and has submitted this list to the Bank of Latvia.This confirms Vineta's extensive experience and expertise in the field of Banking and Financial law, as well as in the practical aspects of liquidation of credit institutions, mainly gained through performance of duties as a member of the liquidation committee of ABLV bank for almost four years.
