Successful legal assistance in an international merger transaction

Kronbergs Čukste Levin is proud to have recently served as a legal advisor in the merger between Estonian consumer goods wholesaler JNG Investments OÜ and Lithuanian company UAB "VILANDRA". The role of the firm included conducting legal due diligence, assisting in the conclusion of the share purchase agreement, and, in cooperation with the law firm RASNAČS, preparing the merger report and obtaining a positive decision from the Competition Council.

The merger covered all three Baltic States, with Kronbergs Čukste Levin providing legal assistance in connection with the conclusion and execution of the transaction in Latvia.
